Agriculture
Sustainable Agricultural Practices, Seed Village, IPM, NPM, Organic and Animal Health Management projects are being implemented involving small & Marginal Farmers Women Farmers, dalit and landless, Forming them in to CBO’s aiming at self support and self sufficiency.

Education
Adult education, non formal education street children programs and education guarantee schemes are implemented amoung adult women, girl child and street children programs and education guarantee schemes are being implemented amoung adult women, girl child and street droup out children droup out for progressive future. 13 Primaty School (Maa Badi) were established and handed over to the government.

Health & Nutrituion
Health Education, Check up camps for eye care, dental, pediatrics and gynecology consultancy for women. AIDS awareness, family welfare activities, polio awareness, integrated mother & child nutrition programs as well as 100% immunization and infant mortality are being put into practice.

Water Management
Strengthing of fisheries societies, livelihood promotion, capacitry building for users associations ad take management committees is being done on water manayement Desides these, formation of Mandal Federatins, Monthly meetings, implementation of drip irrigation programs, repair of tankbund, slues, tankdecilting and advocacy for water resources.

NRM
Awareness on water, land tress and promotion of livelihoods, strengthening VSS members for active participation, forest protection and mass plantation programs are being imple mented among small & marginal farmers, triblas & general public.

Self Employment
Skill Training for the unemployed women and youth are being put into action in areas like Motor Winding, House Wiring, Computer Training, Tailoring, Weaving, Fashion designing, Fabric Painting and Entrepreneurship orientation programs for helping them to lead an independent and respected life.

Women Empowerment – Micro Finance
Women groups are being trained in leadership skills, book keeping and exposure visits for growth as individuals. Bank linkages, on lending and insurance is also being provided for sustainability. These women are educated on legal rights, harassment and Social activities for protection and women empowerment.

Science & Technology - Environment
Eco-Clubs and Environmental Education in Schools (EESAP)  is being carried out in trying to achieve a greener tomorrow, Science and Technology is being instilled amoung students and youth.

Community Based Organizations – Panchayathi Raj
Developing awareness among the Dalits on Panchayathi Raj Elections and dalit reser vations in the Villages. Educating the Sarpanches about their roles and responsibilities towards their communities and villages aiming for complete rural development.
